Bata para se agregarem. Coloque a mistura obtida em uma panela. Cozinhe, sempre mexendo, até engrossar.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

Eu não coloco todo o leite no liquidificador porque o copo do meu liquidificador não é grande e na hora que bato transborda; depois de batido eu coloco na panela e misturo bem.)<o:p></o:p></span></div>

</b> Em uma tigela, peneirar o açúcar, a farinha de trigo e o fermento. Misturar e reservar.<br />
<br />
Bater no liquidificador os ovos, o óleo e o milho até ficar homogêneo, mais ou menos uns 2 minutos.<br />
Juntar, aos poucos, nos secos já peneirados, mexendo com um fouê (ou colher de pau), até ficar uma massa uniforme.<br />
<br />
Colocar em forma untada e enfarinhada e levar ao forno médio, pré aquecido, até dourar e ficar assado (aproximadamente 30 a 35 minutos, dependendo do forno e do tamanho da forma também).<br />
<br />
<b>Dicas</b><br />
- Se o ovo for pequeno pode colocar 5 ovos.<br />
- Sempre peneire os secos para o bolo ficar mais fofinho.<br />
- Retire o bolo do forno depois de assado e coloque a forma em uma grelha. Se deixar dentro do forno ele continua cozinhando e perde a maciez.<br />

Bater bem no liquidificador os ovos, o óleo, leite e as cenouras. </div>

Depois, sem desligar o aparelho, juntar o açúcar, a farinha e o fermento e bater até ficar uma massa uniforme.</div>

Colocar em forma de anel untada e enfarinhada e levar para assar por aproximadamente 45 minutos.<br />

<b><br /></b>
<b>Massa</b><br />
<ul>
<li>3 ovos inteiros</li>
<li>2 xícaras/chá de açúcar</li>
<li>2 colheres/sopa de manteiga ou margarina sem sal</li>
<li>1 ½ xícara/chá de leite</li>
<li>3 xícaras/chá de farinha de trigo</li>
<li>1 colher/café de sal</li>
<li>1 colher/sopa de fermento em pó</li>
</ul>
Colocar na batedeira os ovos e bater até espumar. Sempre batendo, juntar o açúcar aos poucos e a manteiga e deixar bater até a massa ficar esbranquiçada. Acrescentar a farinha de trigo intercalando com o leite, aos poucos. Por último juntar o sal e o fermento em pó e bater mais um pouco para misturar.<br />
Colocar a massa em assadeira untada e enfarinhada e por cima da massa crua colocar o recheio frio, cobrindo toda a massa.<br />
Levar ao forno a 180°C, por 30 a 40 minutos, até dourar.<br />
<br />
<b>Recheio</b><br />
<ul>
<li>2 xícaras/chá de leite</li>
<li>2 colheres/sopa de amido de milho</li>
<li>1 lata de leite condensado</li>
<li>corante em pasta gel na cor amarelo gema (opcional)</li>
<li>1 colher/café de essência de baunilha</li>
</ul>
Misturar bem todos os ingredientes, menos a essência, e levar ao fogo até engrossar. Deixe esfriar para usar. Colocar em saco de confeiteiro sem bico.<br />
<br />
<b>Cobertura Ganache</b><br />
<ul>
<li>400 gramas de chocolate ao leite picado</li>
<li>200 gramas de creme de leite</li>
</ul>
Misturar e levar ao banho-maria (ou micro-ondas) até derreter o chocolate.<br />
Colocar em saco de confeiteiro, bico pitanga, e decorar a parte de cima do bolo assado.<br />
<br />
<b>Dicas:</b><br />
- Pode fazer em forminhas de cupcake.<br />
- Para fazer o recheio de morango, substituir a baunilha por essência de morango e corante vermelho.<br />

<li>8 gemas</li>
<li>1 colher/sobremesa de essência de baunilha</li>
<li>1 colher/sopa de fermento em pó</li>
<li>8 claras em neve</li>
</ul>
Bater levemente com garfo as gemas com o óleo e a baunilha. Reservar.<br />
Em uma tigela grande, peneirar a farinha e o açúcar. Fazer uma cova no centro e juntar o leite já misturado com o chocolate em pó. Mexer bem.<br />
Acrescentar a mistura de gemas reservada, aos poucos, até ficar homogêneo.<br />
Juntar o fermento e, por último, as claras já batidas em neve.<br />
Assar em forma untada e enfarinhada, forno pré-aquecido 180º C. (Coloquei em duas formas para pão)<br />
<br />
<b><span style="color: #b45f06;">Calda para regar o bolo</span></b><br />
<ul>
<li>1 xícara/chá de água</li>
<li>1 xícara/chá de açúcar</li>
<li>2 colheres/sopa de licor de cacau</li>
</ul>
Misturar a água e o açúcar e levar para ferver até engrossar um pouco (fica com cor de guaraná). Retirar do fogo e juntar o licor. Mexer e deixar esfriar.<br />

<li>200 gramas de chocolate branco picado</li>

Dissolver a maisena no leite e levar para ferver, sempre mexendo, até engrossar.</div>

Retirar do fogo e juntar o chocolate picado, a margarina e o açúcar. Mexer bem até dissolver tudo e ficar cremoso.</div>
